About The Program
The culinary training program is provided to fulfill the requirements in the art of food processing industry to work in the world of hospitality, cruise ships and restaurants.
The culinary training program is suitable for those who are currently preparing the future accompanied by self-provision with the understanding and skills needed in the food processing industry as well as studying the components of food, including the preparation, cooking process, and the process of serving food.
Program Duration
This culinary training program is fast, precise, and purposed for work.
a. 4 months of theory and practice
- 3 months of theory and practice
(Casual & Extracurricular at reputable hotels in Bandung every Weekend) - 1 Month Volunteer.

b. 6 Months On The Job Training
- In 4 & 5 star hotels both in Bandung and Malaysia
c. 1 Month English Camp
- Strengthening English Language Skills at the IHCT Campus & Preparations for Interview (Rp.450,000)
d. 1 Month Guidance & Referral
- Guidance for Facing Presentation Session Exams
- Directions for Seizing Job Opportunities
